Zones of Regulation
Hey viewer's it's Gina here, this time it's my Zones Of Regulation. All I had to do was make posters for each emotion. It wad quite easy, so it didn't take to long.
It was also quite fun to find quotes and memes based on the emotion. If you are doing the same kind of thing i'm doing, the use your time wisely so don't spend a whole session just looking at memes to put on the slide.
It's also fun entertaining and awesome. hope you have fun doing it as well. How did you find it?
